  • King's Washington Area Club

The King's Washington Area Alumni Club is the college's first regional alumni club. Started in 2006, the Club offers great social and networking opportunities in the D.C. area to keep you connected to King's, your fellow alumni, and the D.C.-area community. Whether you are new to the area, a longtime resident, or just passing through, we would love to see you at our next event!

October 23, 2014: Career Day.  An exciting tradition and educational opportunity for 50+ King's students is the annual overnight trip to Washington D.C. for Career Day. Hosted by alumni living in the area and sponsored by KWAC, the event is a great chance for students to explore careers in the Washington area and network with alumni working in their fields of interest.  Once again, KWAC is looking for alumni who are willing to host one, two or more students in your home for an overnight stay on the night of Oct. 22. Hosts meet their guests at a welcome reception and dinner that evening and are responsible for transporting them back to the breakfast and program the following morning. If you are interested in hosting or sponsoring a student, click here. For more information about Career Day and how to get involved, contact Charlene Brojakowski at (570) 208-5880 or charlenebrojakowski@kings.edu.
