Career Day 2014The King's Washington Area Alumni Club (KWAC) is the college's first regional alumni club. Started in 2006, the Club offers great social and networking opportunities in the D.C. area to keep you connected to King's, your fellow alumni, and the D.C.-area community. Whether you are new to the area, a longtime resident, or just passing through, we would love to see you at our next event!

November 4-5, 2015. Every year in the fall, KWAC sponsors an annual Career Day for current King's students. The "day" actually begins the evening before (November 4) with a reception sponsored by Jim O'Hara '58 at his law firm, Jones Day, with its spectacular view of our nation's Capitol building. Area alumni volunteer who have volunteered to host students in their homes meet their overnight guests at the reception and everyone enjoys a keynote address before departing for the evening. The Career Day (November 5) is hosted by Cathy Serafin '83 at her law firm, Lowenstein Sandler, and the program includes a full day of presentations for the students. Speakers include local business leaders and numerous representatives from the public and private sectors. If you are an alumnus or alumna living in the D.C. area and are interested in hosting or sponsoring a student, click here.
